not really , if you see the state of texas, everyone can buy a gun over there, but i u see nobody die by fireshoot, why ? because in texas there is a low called 10 ,20 life, means if you fireshoot away to the sky without rasson you go to the jail for 10 years then if you shoot somebody and this person survives you get 20 years , if you kill you get life in prison , so now you ask me if the guns raise the death no really because nobody there wanna stay behind the bars .
