Different ways you can save water -


● Turn the tap off while you clean your teeth twice a day and you

could save 200 gallons of water in just one month!


● Take a shower rather than a bath. A four-minute shower uses

approximately 20 to 30 gallons of water. A bath uses 50-70 gallons

of water.


● If your toilet has a small and large flush, use the small flush

whenever possible. This will cut the amount of water being used by

50%.


● Water plants in the garden at night. The water doesn’t evaporate as

quickly and your plants get a better drink.


● Wash cars and bikes with a bucket and sponge, as a hose can use

up to six gallons a minute

1 - You can save 200 gallons of water in one month.

2 - Because a 4 minute shower uses approximately 20 to 30 gallons of water. A bath uses 50-70 gallons of water. So, a shower uses less water.

3 - At night. Because the water doesn’t evaporate as quickly and the plants get a better drink.

4 - You could cut up to 50% of the amount of water used.

5 - Because a hose can use up to six gallons of water per minute.

6 -  Collecting water from the rain to water your plants, rinsing off all the dirty dishes at once and making sure there are no leaks in your water pipes.
