yes i have since i am a shy person that was into thousands of hours of English classes and i the beginning i was utterly quiet saying just the necessary and even then with lot of regret in my part since for a shy person to talk in a new environment is extremely hard! thus teachers all around the world should be trained into a new approach with those timid persons, teacher should not press the shy student into a very long talk or sentence, since it is painful for them to do such a thing, and after weeks of class when the student is more comfortable with the class environment then and only then teachers can require more information with those shy people
