HAVIA 10 MULHERES A MENOS : H = M + 10

H + M = 48     SUBSTITUINDO H POR M + 10
M + 10 + M = 48
M + M = 48 - 10
2M = 38
M = 38 /2
M = 19 ( QUANTIDADE DE MULHERES)

H = M + 10
H = 19 + 10
H = 29  (QUANTIDADE DE HOMENS)
