My name is Liza, near the office where I work, there is a small restaurant. It's very good! I always have lunch there. They serve three kinds of salads every day. As I love salads, I often eat cauliflower, lettuce and carrots, but I rarely eat onion. I don't like it very much. I try to vary my food. Sometimes I eat pasta, sometimes fish, sometimes chicken, always with rice and vegetables. I never ask for desserts. Sugar is not good for our health. I normally substitute the dessert for a fruit.
