Most people don’t smoke and that’s a good thing. Now I’m going to tell you seven reasons why it is good to be smoke-free. Smoking hurts your appearance, damages your skin, and yellows your teeth. Smoking hurts your lungs, so you are more likely to get sick. Smoking makes people short of breath, so they have a tougher time moving around and playing sports. Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease, and other serious illnesses. And smoking sends chemicals into the air which can make other people sick. Cigarettes, including e-cigarettes, contain nicotine, which is addictive. You’ve heard people talk about how much cigarettes cost. There are probably other things you’d like to spend your money on.
