MODAL VERBS: SHOULD AND MUST
Para oferecer conselhos ou dar sugestões a outras pessoas, use sempre should/shouldn't. O must,
para obrigações, até pode ser usado como conselho, mas teria um sentido mais forte.

Should (deveria)
É usado quando se quer sugerir que alguém faça algo, por exemplo:
Afirmativa: You’re tired. You should go to bed. (Você está cansado)
Negativa: You should not go to sleep so late. (Você não deveria dormir tão tarde)
Interrogativa: Should I tell her? (Devo contar para ela?)

Must (deve)
Esse é um dos Modal Verbs utilizados na língua inglesa para expressar uma opinião ou constatação sobre algo que se
acredita ser verdade.
Veja:
Afirmativa: I must study hard for the math test. (Eu tenho que estudar muito para o teste de matemática)
Negativa: You must not (mustn’t) eat chocolate. (Você não deve comer chocolate)
Interrogativa: Must he go to the doctor? (Ele deve ir ao médico?)

→→→→ Modal verbs >> são verbos ''diferentes'' que possuem características próprias. Não são conjugados, não recebem ''s'' na terceira pessoa do singular, não têm plural. São sempre escritos da mesma forma, independente do contexto, com exceção do ''have to'' que, na maioria das gramáticas não é considerado um ''modal verb'', e sim, um verbo comum.

Você não deveria dormir tarde durante a semana.

→→ Must / mustn't - usado para dar ordens na afirmativa e para afirmar coisas que temos de fazer >>> obrigação, dever, necessidade.  Na negativa, é usado para proibir.

You must turn off the light when you leave the bedroom.

Você tem de apagar a luz quando sair do quarto.

You mustn't drive after drinking.

Você não pode dirigir depois de beber.

Should / shouldn't significa deveria/ não deveria e usa-se para dar conselhos.

Must / mustn't são utilizados para dar ordens e afirmar obrigações. No sentido negativo, tem sentido de proibição.
