a)    No, I don't believe that digital tools can replace the people that learn some specific language, because it is totally different things, with you are leraning how to speak english, for example, you will understand what the person you are taltking to is saying, and you will know what the reply you have to give.

    With digital tools you wont learn nothing, it may get really confused when you want to say some expression, and the machine doesn't know it

b) Brings more advantages because, if the world start having a worldwide laguage, the comunication will be much more easier.
