Life here is way different than it used to be. I finally came out of the closet! At first I was afraid my mom would freak out, but she actually was pretty chill about it. So last week, i invited my girlfriend to come have dinner at my house, and my mom was so pleased with the fact that I'm finally opening up about me and my relationships. Dinner was great.
I'm still at my job in the cafeteria, but now I'm the manager. It's really good to boss everyone around haha and also, my college is going great. I'm 1 year and a half to finish and get my degree in law school. I'm very excited about working on what I love.
2 months ago, my mom's bird died. She was sad for a couple of days, then I went to the pet shop and bought her a new puppy. She was thrilled.
Anyway, I hope we get to see each other soon! I miss going out with you.
