1) Irregular verbs - they change its structure. Here are some examples
get - got
ride - rode
take - took
sleep - slept
Regular verbs - they all end with the suffix ed or d at the end
play - played
study - studied
like - liked
2)the past tense in the negative form is given by its auxiliary verb did + not, becoming didn't
I didn't play yesterday
She didn't eat pasta
3) For the interrogative form, we use the auxiliary verb Did at the beginning of the text:
Did she call you today?
Did she bring her shoes?
4) the incorrect sentences are B and C
When we use the auxiliary verb in the negative and interrogative form, we have to put the main verb in the basic form (infinitive - to)
5) Stop - Stopped
It's a monosyllabic word that ends with CVC, consonant - vowel - consonant. In those cases, we must double the last consonant and add ed at the end
Play - played
It ends with y, precedent of a vowel, and in those cases, we only add the ed at the end
Study - studied
It ends with y, precedent of a consonant, and in those cases, we remove the y and add ied at the end
