É so você colocar o verbo  to be na frente ,por exemplo 
1) Is Paul swimming with ana ?
2) Are we doing the exercise .

Lembre que na forma interrogativa, a ordem sujeito + verbo é invertida:

a) Is Paul swimming with Ana?

b) Are we doing this exercise?

c) Is Ted working now?

d) Is Ana playing?

e) Is Tom eating popcorn?

f) Is she eating a hot dog?

g) Am I watching TV?

h) Is it raining?

j) Is she making a cake?

k) Is it snowing?
