1) Bom, todos os verbos apresentados são REGULARES, portanto basta adicionar no final da palavra IED, ED ou apenas D. Depende do caso.
try → tried
dance → danced
rain → rained
stay → stayed
watch → watched
die → died

a) last nigh i watched tv
   I didn't watch TV last night. (fica melhor nessa ordem).

b) I really enjoyed my holiday last year
