A - A lot of things can make people cry: emotions, situations, feelings and so on. Yes, I think it's possible to cry for positive reasons.

B – I cry once a while.

C – I cry every time I stop what I am doing and start thinking about how our world is so selfish. I cry when something very happy happens to me or when I need to say good bye to someone that I know I will never see anymore.  

D - No way! I am not this kind of people.

E - Both of them. Because everybody has reasons to cry. Maybe, the men use to cry alone, without anyone next to them, but they cry as much as women.
