Como disse "Make questions", a questão quer que passe para o modo interrogativo e "using personal pronouns" utilizando pronomes pessoais (Por exemplo: "João é legal" >>> "Ele é legal".
As respostas finais estão em negrito
1) They are going downtown next week (Primeiro substituí "My cousins" por "They")
Are they going downtown next week? (Depois passei a frase para o modo interrogativo)
2) They are going to stay in a hotel.
Are they going downtown next week?
3) He is not a child anymore
Is not he a child anymore? ou Isn't he a child anymore?
4) She is leaving early
Is she leaving early?
5) We are swimming fast
Are we swimming fast?
6) She is not going to England
Is not she going to England ou Isn't she going to England?
