Comida é muito importante, precisamos comer frutas, vegetais e carne para estarmos bem de saúde. Nós temos café e leite, fruta, suco de frutas, queijo, presunto, torrada, bolachas, pão e manteiga para o café da manha. Para o almoço ou jantar, comemos arroz, feijão, ovos, vegetais, salada e um tipo de carne: Bife, frango, peixe ou porco. Depois dessas refeições, temos sobremesa: Frutas, pudim, torta, sorvete, salada de frutas ou doces.
