Olá! Para transformar a frase em interrogação, o will tem que sempre estar no começo, exemplo: "Will she go to school today?"

Como no exercício também está pedindo para transformar a pergunta no negativo, o will ficará negativo, como won't. "She won't go to school today"

O resultado seria o seguinte:
