O verbo work solicita a preposição on e não in.

O verbo had é usado no passado ou no passado de uma ação passada.

She had a car= ela tinha um carro

She was Tired because she been studying for 5 hours.

O problema dessa frase é somente o ago, essa frase pede present perfect continuos, e o ago é usado no past.
