Although volunteering is noble almost regardless the activity itself, I would go with something related to helping poor people or protected animals, in some less supplied area.

However, this may depend on your own values, such as your capacity to being empathetic or to care about perhaps an overseas situations, like we constantly see in Africa (the poor area of it at least).

My choice therefore is based on what I believe, which is being part of a making the world a better place for all of us to live in. This has to begin by erradicating poverty and putting people in more even level of life, with basic care and education so they may go for their dreams and return the favor to others in need.
