As a personal experience, I usually all my three meals, so I would say pretty often

I eat 4 meals a day, I have breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, usually coffee I eat cheese bread and juice, my favorite breakfast is croassaint, but I don't like to eat rice and beans for breakfast , I usually eat this for lunch with meat and salad
