Negativa ou Interrogativa

b) Were the comic books better than that cartoon? (interrogativa) / Os quadrinhos eram melhores que aquele desenho?

c) Was the train as fast as the subway? (interrogativa) / O trem foi mais rápido que o metrô?

d) My cousin isn't more stubborn than my aunt. (negativa) / Meu primo não é mais teimoso que minha tia.

e) Is my hair shorter than his hair? (interrogativa) / Meu cabelo é menor que o dele?

f) The English classes weren't more difficult than the Portuguese classes. (negativa) / As aulas de inglês não foram mais difíceis que as de português.

Para passar as frases para seu modo interrogativo é necessário colocar o verbo to be (is, was, were..) de acordo com o tempo verbal no início da frase.

E para a negativa usar o verbo to be seguido de "not" ou como mostrado a cima e usado mais comumente a abreviação (isn't, wasn't, weren't, ...)
