Hello. Is that 911? I'm calling to complain about the noise that is coming from a pet hotel
opposite my house. The hotel hosts dogs at weekends and vacations, and some of them bark
almost the whole night. I sometimes talk to the hotel owners and ask them to do something
about it, but they don't take notice. They say their business is legal and they don't accept
guest dogs that have such behaviour twice. But tonight the noise is terrible and it is keeping
my wife and I awake. What should we do?​

Olá, é 911? Estou chamado para reclamar sobre o barulho que está vindo de um hotel de animais, do outro lado da rua.

O hotel acomoda cachorros nos finais de semana e férias, e alguns deles latem quase a noite toda. Algumas vezes eu falo com os donos do hotel e peço a eles para fazer algo sobre isto, mas eles não se importam. Eles dizem que seu negócio é legal e não aceitam cachorros que tem este comportamento duas vezes. Mas essa noite o barulho está horrível e mantendo minha esposa e eu acordados. O que nós deveríamos fazer?
