When publishing a news story, the newspaper provides a service to society. However, there is some time, we’ve seen and heard a lot of news that has been damaging to the population for disseminate misleading or even false information. It's Fake News. According to the website “Education World”, although it seems recent, the term fake news, in Portuguese, is older than it appears. According to the dictionary Merriam-Webster, this expression has been used since the late 19th century. The term is in English, but it became popular around the world to name false information that are mainly published on social networks. Fake News is very dangerous, as many people cannot identify it and come to believe what they have read, heard or seen and make decisions influenced by this news.
