(eu acho q tem algumas frases q foram digitadas erradas, pq algumas não tem mto sentido, mas ainda assim vou arriscar a resposta, espero q ajude)

Eu não entendo muito da parte gramatical em si, fui mais pelo que eu estou acostumada a ouvir em filmes e tal, mas acho que pode te ajudar as seguintes afirmações:

• CAN = quando vc pode fazer alguma coisa

• CAN’T = quando vc não pode  fazer alguma coisa

• HAVE TO = quando vc precisa fazer alguma coisa → pelo padrão das frases, eu acredito que use o "have to" pra tds as pessoas do discurso (de quem se está falando), tipo "eu, tu, nós, vós...", exceto pro HE e SHE (ele e ela)

• HAS TO = quando ele/ela precisa fazer alguma coisa → só se usa p HE e SHE (isso q diferencia qnd se usa o HAVE TO e o HAS TO)
