O passado continuo é muito fácil.. pra negar é só colocar WAS NOT / WERE NOT + VERBO+ING

Para perguntas é só colocar WAS ou WERE no início da frase.

Sempre se atentem para o pronome (I, YOU, HE, SHE, IT, WE, THEY) porque apartir deles vcs saberão se vão usar was ou WERE.
