Olá! Espero ajudar!

Quando a primeira oração está no presente, o verbo da segunda oração também estará no presente. Quando a primeira oração está no condicional ou no passado, a segunda oração também estará no passado.

No entanto,  a forma have/has got somente pode ser usada no presente.

Assim, teremos -

1)

She can't pay her bills.

She hasn’t got any money.

I couldn't make your cake.

I didn’t have any eggs and milk.

Letra b

2)

I can't climb up onto the roof.

c.  I haven’t got a ladder.

3)

I can't make a phone call.

c.  I haven’t got any change.
