Do you think relationships in the office should only be professional, or do you think that personal relationships between co-workers are ok too?
I think both of are OK.
Since that peoples respect one of the others is important for work environment.

I think both situations can be possible. Nowadays couples work at the same place and during the working hours they behave as professional because they must respect their jobs and co workers.
