Fashion is always changing.
Fashion is never permanent. Long skirts, short skirts, make up for men, specific colors etc, change constantly.
In many countries, people wear popular fashions most of the time. They sometimes wear their traditional clothing on special days such as holidays. In Japan, for example, people often wear quimonos on New Year´s Day.
If you look at fashion magazines, you will see many tall, slim models. These models show that appearance is an important part of fashion. Many people admire models and wish they could look like them (tall, slim. attractive). As long as people have the desire to be beautiful they will always follow the latest (mais recentes) styles.
These people think their appearance is very importante. They will spend much of their time and money trying to look attractives.
