Explicação:
No inglês, para transformar uma frase afirmativa em interrogativa, precisamos colocar o verbo auxiliar (Do, Does) na frente da frase e terminar com o símbolo de interrogação (?). Devemos observar também que na frase onde usamos o verbo "To be" (Is, Are), quando se for fazer uma pergunta, vem também na frente da frase.
Quando se for negar uma sentença, se houver o verbo auxiliar "Do ou Does", adicionamos o Not (Don't, Doesn't). Ou ainda quando usamos o verbo "To be" fazemos uso do "Not" (Isn't, Aren't).
