Fazendo a seguinte mudança de variável, temos

Substituindo:

$f(u)=4\cdot \left(\dfrac{u+1}{2} \right )+2\\ \\ \\ f(u)=2\cdot (u+1)+2\\ \\ f(u)=2u+2+2\\ \\ f(u)=2u+4$


Logo,
