Worry a lot, have negative thoughts.

I currently have all of the good habits listed, and I try to build a couple more good habits such as exercise and meditate.

d) Is it time to change some of your habits?

Yes, of course. It is always time to stop and think about our habits that are constantly changing depending on what is going on with lives.

In order to maintain a healthy body and mind it is good to consider starting to meditate and exercise, stop worrying a lot. And focus only on the things we can control.

The good habits listed are very good for the mind and body and helps me a lot. Because I feel more relaxed and good about myself.
