The interactions during quarantine. This has been a very difficult time to all of us who have to work and study, but it’s very important to think about everyone’s health. This self-isolation is very important so we can keep people safe. Sometimes we end up being too lonely, when we are stuck at home. There are actually many ways to fix this, first of all if you are spending this time with your family, it's very helpful to talk to them and do simple things together. Everyone deserves attention and we’ve got to take care of our mental health! If you are by yourself, you could do things that make you happy, talk to your family and friends trough internet, play online games and watch movies. Interacting is very important now so you won't feel sad.
