At this time of year the rains become scarce, leaving the climate cold and dry, with low humidity of the air. Respiratory diseases are common in this period, especially in children and the elderly. Asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, throat and ear infections, sinusitis, rhinitis, colds and flu are the leading causes of hospitals becoming full at this time.

• During the winter season, I really like to stay at home throughout the whole day, that happens because it's too cold to go out with friends or family, so it's easier to stay at home and watch some TV shows and listen to some new music. Besides that, it's my favorite season of the year, that's because most of the other seasons the weather is strange, sometimes it's cold, sometimes it's hot and sometimes it's just a little bit warm, but that doesn't happen during winter, because all of the time is only cold.
