Escreva os elementos dos conjuntos.
A = { X ∈ N | 2 < X ≤ 5 }
B + { X ∈ Z | X ≥ - 3 }

Resposta:

A= { 1,2,3,4,5 } as x is a natural number less than 6

For C,

2x−5≤8

=>2x≤13

=>x≤6.5

So, C= { 1,2,3,4,5 } as x is a natural number less than 6.5

For the LHS:

Union of two sets has the elements of both the sets.

So, B∪C= { 1,2,3,4,5 }

Intersection of two sets has the elements common in both the sets.

=>A∩(B∪C)= { 1,2,3,4,5 } --- (1)

For the RHS:

A∩B= { 3 }

A∩C= { 1,2,3,4,5 }

=>(A∩B)∪(A∩C)= { 1,2,3,4,5 } --- (2)

From, 1 and 2

=>A∩(B∪C)=(A∩B)∪(A∩C)
