Am = "Antes do meio-dia"  variando da meia noite até o meio dia
Pm = "Pós meio-dia" variando depois do meio dia até meia noite

Nos casos dados eu pressupus que era todos horários am, pois eu acredito que está na forma brasileira, ex:13:00 (1:00pm)

B)It's two thirty. (2:30am)

C)it's five thirty. (5:30am)
