a) I think that the country's that have English as theirs mother language have changed with time to fit their needs. A language is in constant change.
b) I think that the British colonization has an important factor in the way that the language is spoken an the accents. Country's that got independent earlier have a more different accent from the British . So this demonstrates how the colonization affects on the language.
