John was working as a builder in the MRV Arena, in Belo Horizonte. One day, he forgot to wear his IPE (individual protection equipment) helmet, while fixing some stuff on the floor.

Mason, who was working on the top level of the arena let his hammer fall, hitting John's head, that ended up in the hospital.

If John was wearing a helmet the hammer would not hurt him and he would not end up in the hospital.
