According to the text, it is necessary to eat healthy foods and exercise. We should change eating habits to be healthier.
We must exchange artificial, industrialized and greasy foods like instant noodles, soft drinks, pizza, hamburgers and fries for natural foods like juices, fruits, vegetables and greens. Industrialized foods are rich in preservatives and can even cause cancer
We must practice physical activities regularly to avoid the sedentary lifestyle and obesity that cause countless deaths each year because they carry diverse diseases and evils like heart attacks, respiratory stops, anemias, constipation, immunological deficiencies
