Eating on time (every day and regularly) is an act closely connected to good health, better quality of life and ple-
asure. Although eating habits vary according to taste, healthy eating and quality of life, they have a goal in common:
enjoyment.
It is true that a lot of people think that there´s nothing more opposite to pleasure then the suppose “sacrifice”,
falsely connected to diet, and the so called “boredom” associated with choosing healthy food. Two myths, since it´s
possible to join what is nutritive and healthy in food with good taste, smell and textures that permit you to enjoy your
meals. Actually, people are hardly convinced to the need of keeping good alimentary habits.
So, be careful and try to take the opportunity to be healthy. Watch your weight and enjoy it by combining the
best food and taste carefully. You are still in time to do it, because you can always start to take care of yourself
today.
