Technology is inseparable and brings practicality to anyone's life. It is already so ingrained in our daily life that I think that no one else imagines itself without it. In fact, it is good, but it can also damage our lives. Something that has emerged with technology is social networks and today I will focus on this topic
Nowadays, being connected with social networks is like a daily food for us. But, have you ever thought on how this has been improving your life?

There are a number of benefits wich social media can bring. To begin, it helps keep in touch with people. For example, we can maintain friendships, by using messaging apps and despite no face-to-face. In addition, it is possible to make new friends. This due to the fact that we can find people with similar hobbies and interests as yours. And as an example of two famous apps to do that are Instagram and Facebook.

However, social media, has its negatives. Firstly, it is easy to become addicted. This is because we can spend hours updating our profile. Secondly, people can be cyberbullied. This means that teens can spread rumours about their classmates including me and you!

In conclusion, even though social media can be addictive and have cyberbullying I believe it improves you to keep in touch with people and increase your friendships list, yet we need to be careful using it. As the polish sociologist and philosopher Zygmunt Bauman, said, "Social networks are very useful, they offer very pleasant services, but they are a trap." ​
