Yes! Crying is actually good for you. Researchers found that crying helps to release stress and it makes you calm down. Crying is a natural result of different emotions, like sadness, anger, pleasure, happiness and pain! Different people cry in the same situation that others don't. If you think that you cry in excess, don't worry, sometimes it's normal but if it keeps bothering you going to a psychologist is recommended.
