well firstly i start by acknowledging the problem as a whole, examining carefully so as i do not overreact in some way, then i certainly search for a fast answer however not an easy one, often the easiest way is not the best way of doing things, moreover there will always be challenges to overcome so i do not skip them i tend to deal with them therefore they wont be a problem later
