Deixe na negativa e na interrogativa
1) They have lived in London since 2007.
2) You have had seven meetings this week.
3) James has been teaching at the university since june.

Explicação:
Basicamente pra interrogativas você coloca "Did" no início da frase e o sujeito em seguida, e se for o caso transforma "had" em have, porque na interrogativa você precisa colocar os verbos que tão no passado pra sua forma normal.
Nas negativas vc coloca nesses casos "didn't" e o verbo na forma normal, e já que nessas frases tem "have" eu ACHO que dá pra colocar haven't
