$y = - {0}^{2} + 4 \times 0 \rightarrow \: y = 0$

$y = - 1 ^{2} + 4 \times 1 \rightarrow \: y = 3$

$y = - 2 ^{2} + 4 \times 2 \rightarrow \: y = 4$

$y = - 3 ^{2} + 4 \times 3 \rightarrow \: y = 3$

$y = - 4 ^{2} + 4 \times 4 \rightarrow \: y = 0$

$y = - 5 ^{2} + 4 \times 5 \rightarrow \: y = - 5$
