Explicação:

Para fazer frases interrogativas no inglês com o verbo to be no passado você inverte o verbo (was/were) com o sujeito (I, you, he, she, it, we, you, they). Já para fazer negativas você simplesmente adiciona o not (wasn't ou was not/ weren't ou were not).
