Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complaimn about a digital clock radio that I from Designers
Electronics in Grafton Street in Dulin theree months ago. I bougth it as a present for a frind. It worked perfectly for a fewdays but the some problems started. It can only tune in to a few radio stations instead of hundreds. I cant 'switch the. night light on and off. The alarm clock does not work either. As a result my frind was late for work.


When I returned the clock radio to the shop, assistant was extremely unfriendly and refused to repair it or give me a refund.

I would be gradeful it your company could repair the digital clock radio for me. It this is not possible, I would like a full refund so that I could buy something else for my frind .
