Correções : Na letra A),há 3 maçãs ,ou seja ,é no plural,por isso o "were",se fosse apenas 1 maça seria no singular "was" em vez do "were"

Na letra B),existe apenas um gato,ou seja ,é no singular,por isso o was.Além disso ,o Simple Past está na forma interrogativa,por isso coloquei o "?"

Na letra C) Há muitas pessoas ,então o simple past precisa ser no plurar(were)
