Here is my daily routine.

Everyday I read my emails in the morning. I take some time to surf on the net to make sure I am relaxed and not stressed. Then, I have time with my personal trainer who is always checking my performance in the training.

At lunch time, I can go to a fast-food restaurant or a self-service. Sometimes I order delivery food, like a hot-dog or a cheeseburger. If I feel very lazy, I get something from the freezer and put it into the oven. I drink some milkshake with it.

On weekends, I like going to the shopping centre or go out dancing to a DJ.

This is my life.
