Explicação:

Considerando que a questão esteja pedindo negação no presente. Usa-se o don't pra negar quando o sujeito não for na terceira pessoa do singular e doesn't quando o sujeito estiver na terceira pessoa do singular (he, she, it ou citando o nome de alguém)
