Na verdade já está respondido na imagem que você colocou xD mas vou responder mesmo assim:

Does e doesn't são usados para os seguintes sujeitos: SHE, HE ou IT.

Do e don't são usados para: I, YOU, THEY ou WE.

Com isso em mente, apenas aplicamos don't ou doesn't de acordo com o sujeito da frase.
