I _______ recently had a curious situation connected to feelings. I ________

never opened too much with strage people. But, the other day, I took a

taxi and we had a really interesting conversation. The taxi driver is from

Mexico and he lived in the USA for 10 yeras with his Family. He picked

at my house, because I was going to a Family event, and, after some time, we started

talking. I don’t remember why, but I told him about na argument I had with my Family the

other day.

For some time now, we had diferente opinions about some topics, and, even though

we try to avoid conversations about complex issues, we constantly end up arguing. I described one of those arguments to him, and he said he ________ also had difficult

conversations with his relatives lately. However, he learned that it’s a bad ide ato keep

arguing all the time. Sometimes, it’s necessary to just let go and not try to be right all the time. He

says Family encounters are better since he understood that. That was something that

really got me thinking, and I believe I’m going to try it... Who knows?
